    SECTION 313

    Costs of new hearing

    Highway (HAY) CHAPTER 25, ARTICLE 11

    § 313. Costs of new hearing. If upon a new hearing, the damages
    assessed are increased, the applicant shall pay the costs and expenses
    thereof, otherwise the owner shall pay the same.
