    Reinsurance contracts excepted

    Insurance (ISC) CHAPTER 28, ARTICLE 31

    § 3108. Reinsurance contracts excepted. The provisions of this article
    shall not apply to contracts of reinsurance, except as otherwise
    provided by law.
