Mental health and substance use disorder parity compliance programs
Insurance (ISC) CHAPTER 28, ARTICLE 3
* § 344. Mental health and substance use disorder parity compliance
programs. Penalties collected for violations of section three thousand
two hundred sixteen, three thousand two hundred twenty-one and four
thousand three hundred three of this chapter related to mental health
and substance use disorder parity compliance shall be deposited in a
fund established pursuant to section ninety-nine-hh of the state finance
law.
* NB Effective until January 1, 2027

parity compliance programs. Penalties collected for violations of
section three thousand two hundred sixteen, three thousand two hundred
twenty-one and four thousand three hundred three of this chapter related
to mental health and substance-related and addictive disorder parity
compliance shall be deposited in a fund established pursuant to section
ninety-nine-hh of the state finance law.
