    SECTION 190-E

    Appointment of term to be filed with county clerk

    Judiciary (JUD) CHAPTER 30, ARTICLE 7

    § 190-e. Appointment of term to be filed with county clerk. Each
    appointment, made as prescribed in section one hundred and ninety and
    one hundred and ninety-one of this chapter, must be filed in the county
    clerk's office.
