Affirmation in lieu of oath
Labor (LAB) CHAPTER 31, ARTICLE 7
§ 219-a. Affirmation in lieu of oath. Notwithstanding any other
provision of law, any application for a license, permit, registration,
certificate or notification required by law to be filed with the
department may, in lieu of being acknowledged or sworn to under oath, be
subscribed by the applicant and affirmed by him or her as true under
penalties of perjury.
