    Inspection of health records

    Labor (LAB) CHAPTER 31, ARTICLE 13

    § 359. Inspection of health records. The commissioner may inspect such
    records of any department of health or of any health officer or any
    county board of health as will aid him in carrying out his duties under
    this article. Any health officer or officer of any such department or
    county board shall, at the commissioner's request, aid him in such
    inspection.
