    Notice and hearing

    Labor (LAB) CHAPTER 31, ARTICLE 13

    § 360. Notice and hearing. No permit or certificate shall be refused,
    revoked or suspended unless the holder previously have reasonable
    notice, and an opportunity to be heard.
