    Department's process to be in its name

    Labor (LAB) CHAPTER 31, ARTICLE 2

    § 37. Department's process to be in its name. All notices or orders
    shall be given by and in the name of the department by the commissioner,
    by the industrial board of appeals or a member thereof, or by the deputy
    commissioner or other officer or employee thereunto duly authorized.
