    Notice of abandonment or discontinuance

    Labor (LAB) CHAPTER 31, ARTICLE 15, TITLE 1

    § 401. Notice of abandonment or discontinuance. Every operator
    abandoning or permanently discontinuing any shaft, incline, tunnel or
    quarry shall immediately notify the commission in writing of such
    abandonment or discontinuance.
