    Blasting

    Labor (LAB) CHAPTER 31, ARTICLE 15, TITLE 1

    § 402. Blasting. When explosives are used in a mine, tunnel or quarry,
    the manner of storing, keeping, moving, charging and firing, or in any
    manner using such explosives, shall be in accordance with the rules
    prescribed by the board.
