SECTION 472
Enforcement
Labor (LAB) CHAPTER 31, ARTICLE 17
§ 472. Enforcement. The commissioner of labor shall enforce the

thereunder. The provisions of this section, however, shall apply to any
such city, town, or village sixty days after the filing with the
commissioner of labor of a duly certified copy of a resolution adopted
by its local legislative body terminating its enforcement
responsibilities.
