    Rules

    Labor (LAB) CHAPTER 31, ARTICLE 22

    § 802. Rules. The commissioner may make rules regulating the
    procedure of any board of inquiry, including rules relating to the
    attendance of witnesses, and the production of books, contracts, papers,
    documents and other evidence which the board may determine to be
    relevant to the subject matter of the inquiry.
