    SECTION 801

    Appointment; qualification

    Labor (LAB) CHAPTER 31, ARTICLE 22

    § 801. Appointment; qualification. A board of inquiry for the
    purposes of this article shall consist of a chairman and such other
    persons as the commissioner shall from time to time appoint, The
    chairman and each appointive member of the board shall be exempt from
    civil service examination and the provisions of the civil service law
    and rules.
