    Investigations and complaints

    Labor (LAB) CHAPTER 31, ARTICLE 32, TITLE 2

    § 948. Investigations and complaints. The commissioner shall have the
    authority to inspect ongoing or completed mold assessment and mold
    remediation projects and to conduct an investigation upon his or her own
    initiation or upon receipt of a complaint by any person or entity.
