    Lost and Strayed Animals 115/1894 (LSA) CHAPTER 115

    § 5. Dogs not licensed pursuant to the provisions of this act shall be
    seized, and if not redeemed within forty-eight hours, may be destroyed
    or otherwise disposed of, as hereinafter provided.
