    Audit of military accounts

    Military (MIL) CHAPTER 36, ARTICLE 1

    § 16. Audit of military accounts. The comptroller of the state shall
    be the auditor of all military accounts payable by the state. Such
    accounts shall be approved by the adjutant general prior to submission
    to the comptroller.
