    Application of this chapter to service without the state

    Military (MIL) CHAPTER 36, ARTICLE 1

    § 23. Application of this chapter to service without the state. The
    provisions of this chapter shall apply to the members of the organized
    militia while serving without the state and while going to and returning
    from such service without the state in like manner and to the same
    extent as while serving within the state.
