Using net or weir unlawfully in Hudson river
Navigation (NAV) CHAPTER 37, ARTICLE 3
§ 32-a. Using net or weir unlawfully in Hudson river. A person, who
uses any net or weir for setting or attaching nets, or a pole or other
fixture in any part of the Hudson river, except as permitted by statute,
is guilty of a misdemeanor.
