CHAPTER 1066

AN ACT in relation to not-for-profit corporations, constituting

chapter thirty-five of the consolidated laws, and

repealing the membership corporations law
Became a law May 26, 1969, with the approval of the Governor. Passed by

a majority vote, three-fifths being present

The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and
Assembly, do enact as follows:
