    State and village not liable on bonds and notes

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 5, TITLE 1-A*

    * § 1020-j. State and village not liable on bonds and notes. The bonds
    and other obligations of the authority shall not be a debt of the state
    or of the village and, subject to section one thousand twenty-o of this
    title, the board shall have no power to make them payable out of any
    funds except those of the authority.
