    SECTION 1037

    State and county not liable on bonds

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 5, TITLE 2

    * § 1037. State and county not liable on bonds. The bonds and other
    obligations of the authority shall not be a debt of the state or of the
    county, and, subject to section one thousand forty-one, the board shall
    have no power to make them payable out of any funds except those of the
    authority.
