    SECTION 1072

    Effect of inconsistent provisions

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 5, TITLE 3

    § 1072. Effect of inconsistent provisions. In so far as the provisions
    of this title are inconsistent with the provisions of any other act,
    general or special, or of any local law, the provisions of this title
    shall be controlling.
