    SECTION 1127

    Governmental capacity of the authority and municipalities

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 5, TITLE 6-C

    * § 1127. Governmental capacity of the authority and municipalities.
    The authority, the town and the other municipalities, in carrying out
    their respective powers and duties under this title, shall be deemed to
    be acting in a governmental capacity and in the performance of an
    essential governmental function.
