    Authority to take affirmative action

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 5, TITLE 6-C

    * § 1144. Authority to take affirmative action. The authority shall
    ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are afforded
    equal opportunity without discrimination.
