    Equal employment opportunity

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 5, TITLE 6-D

    § 1147-w. Equal employment opportunity. The authority shall ensure
    that all employees or applicants for employment are afforded equal
    employment opportunity without discrimination.
