    Authority to take affirmative action

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 5, TITLE 6-E

    § 1149-q. Authority to take affirmative action. The authority shall
    ensure that, where possible, all employees or applicants for employment
    are afforded equal employment opportunity without discrimination.
