    Equal employment opportunity

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 5, TITLE 8-A

    § 1196-o. Equal employment opportunity. Authorities shall ensure that,
    where possible, all employees or applicants for employment are afforded
    equal employment opportunity without discrimination.
