Rensselaer county water and sewer district
Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 5, TITLE 8-D
§ 1199-b. Rensselaer county water and sewer district. There is hereby
defined and established an area to be known as the "Rensselaer county
water and sewer district" which shall embrace all the territory located
within the county of Rensselaer that is not, as of the effective date of
this title, located within the incorporated limits of a city.
