    SECTION 1199-CCC

    Saratoga county water authority district

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 5, TITLE 8-F

    § 1199-ccc. Saratoga county water authority district. There is hereby
    defined and established a district to be known as the "Saratoga county
    water authority district" which shall embrace all of the territory
    located within the county of Saratoga.
