    SECTION 1199-RR

    Authority to take affirmative action

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 5, TITLE 8-E

    * § 1199-rr. Authority to take affirmative action. The authority shall
    ensure that, where possible, all employees or applicants for employment
    are afforded equal employment opportunity without discrimination.
