    Authority to take affirmative action

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 5, TITLE 8-F

    § 1199-rrr. Authority to take affirmative action. The authority shall
    ensure that all employees or applicants for employment are afforded
    equal employment opportunity without discrimination.
