    SECTION 1225-N

    Assistance to the fund

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 5, TITLE 9-A

    § 1225-n. Assistance to the fund. The city may make grants of money or
    property to the fund for the purpose of enabling it to carry out its
    public purposes and for the exercise of its powers. This section shall
    not be construed to limit any other power the city may have to make such
    grants to the fund.
