    SECTION 1225-Q

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 5, TITLE 9-A

    § 1225-q. Construction. It is the intent of the Legislature that this
    title be construed liberally so as to effectuate the public and
    governmental purpose thereof.
