    Equal employment opportunity

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 5, TITLE 10-B

    § 1230-w. Equal employment opportunity. The water board and the
    authority shall ensure that all employees or applicants for employment
    are afforded equal employment opportunity without discrimination.
