    SECTION 1299-B

    Niagara Frontier transportation district

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 5, TITLE 11-A

    § 1299-b. Niagara Frontier transportation district. There is hereby
    created and established a transportation district to be known as the
    Niagara Frontier transportation district which shall embrace the
    counties of Erie and Niagara.
