    Effect of inconsistent provisions

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 8, TITLE 12

    § 1988. Effect of inconsistent provisions. In so far as the provisions
    of this title are inconsistent with the provisions of any other act,
    general or special, the provisions of this title shall be controlling.
