    SECTION 3106

    Contributions to the corporation

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 10-A, TITLE 1

    § 3106. Contributions to the corporation. Notwithstanding the
    provisions of any general or special law or the provisions of any
    certificate of incorporation, charter or other articles of organization,
    any corporation, association or person is hereby authorized to make
    contributions to the corporation.
