    SECTION 3107

    Exemption from taxation

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 10-A, TITLE 1

    § 3107. Exemption from taxation. The property, income and activities
    of the corporation shall be exempt from all taxes and assessments.
