    SECTION 369

    Liability of state

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 2, TITLE 9

    § 369. Liability of state. The state shall be liable on notes or bonds
    guaranteed hereunder but shall not be liable on notes or bonds not
    guaranteed by the state which shall not be a debt of the state.
