§ 731. Terms occurring in law, or in contracts or documents. Whenever
the Ogdensburg bridge authority or the Ogdensburg port authority is
referred to or designated in any law, or in any contract or document,
such reference or designation shall be deemed to refer to and include
the Ogdensburg bridge and port authority, to the extent that such law,
contract or document pertains to matters which are within its
jurisdiction by reason of the continuation, transfer, assignment and
devolution of jurisdiction, functions, powers and duties made to it by
this title.
