    Existing rights and remedies

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 3, TITLE 9

    § 732. Existing rights and remedies. No existing right or remedy of
    any character shall be lost, or otherwise affected by reason of the
    enactment of this title.
