    SECTION 1153

    Rules and regulations

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 11, TITLE 3

    § 1153. Rules and regulations. The department shall have the power to
    make any rules and regulations that are necessary and appropriate to
    carrying out the purposes of this title.
