Noncompliance; notification

§ 1165. Noncompliance; notification. In the event the work completed
pursuant to a financing agreement or loan agreement is deemed not in
compliance with such agreement, the corporation shall expeditiously
notify the recipient of such non-compliance and indicate the reasons for
such determination.
