    SECTION 1348

    Hotel sanitation; application of article

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 13, TITLE 7

    § 1348. Hotel sanitation; application of article. The provisions of
    sections thirteen hundred forty-five to thirteen hundred forty-seven,
    inclusive, of this chapter, shall not apply to cities having a
    population of one million inhabitants or over.
