    Duties of the commissioner

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 13, TITLE 12

    § 1386. Duties of the commissioner. The commissioner of health shall
    conduct a study of both the long and the short term effects of health
    hazards associated with exposure to toxic substances emanating from
    certain landfills.
