    SECTION 1389

    Reports

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 13, TITLE 12

    § 1389. Reports. The commissioner of health shall make an initial
    report to the governor and the legislature on or before September
    fifteenth, nineteen hundred seventy-eight of his progress and a further
    report to the governor and the legislature on or before April first,
    nineteen hundred eighty-one.
