    SECTION 1529

    County mosquito control commission; construction of law

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 15, TITLE 2

    § 1529. County mosquito control commission; construction of law.
    Nothing in this article shall be construed to alter, amend, modify or
    repeal any of the provisions of article thirteen of this chapter, or any
    of the provisions of the conservation law except to the extent that the
    provisions of this article are inconsistent therewith.
