Availability of funds
Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 20-A
§ 2009. Availability of funds. The funds appropriated pursuant to this
article for services and expenses of the Alzheimer's Community
Assistance Program (ACAP) to serve persons with Alzheimer's disease and
their caregivers shall be made available to the commissioner for
expenses incurred in carrying out the provisions of this article. Such
monies shall be payable on the audit and warrant of the comptroller on
vouchers certified in the manner prescribed by law.
