    Officers and employees; appointment

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 2, TITLE 1

    § 210. Officers and employees; appointment. The commissioner shall
    appoint such assistant commissioners, officers and other assistants as
    are necessary for the proper performance of the powers and duties of the
    department.
