    City of New York; exceptions

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 21, TITLE 5

    § 2153. City of New York; exceptions. The provisions of sections two
    thousand one hundred fifty to two thousand one hundred fifty-two of this
    chapter, inclusive, shall not apply to the city of New York.
